perfect caramelised peach oatmeal 🍑🍂✨
Recently, I’ve been absolutely enamoured with oatmeal bowls they’re so easy to whip up, and packed with nourishment.
Incase if you want a healthier version of the caramelised peaches, you could substitute brown sugar with maple syrup
-For the oatmeal base
1 cup milk of choice ( I used almond milk)
1/2 cup of oat flakes
Pinch of cinnamon
-caramelised peaches
1 peach
2 tbs brown sugar
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of salt
